Leadership Programs

Choose from two student leadership development programs based on your experience and interests. Both programs (Cougs Lead and Leadership WSU) use different experiences to help you grow personally as a student. All Pullman undergraduate students are encouraged to apply, including transfer students. Both programs are covered by student fees and available at no extra cost.

Student Leadership Conference is a unique opportunity to meet student leaders from across the WSU system while discussing the basics of leadership and building on our foundational skills.

Each April WSU honors the award recipients of the President's Award for Leadership, The Virginia E. Thomas Scholarship, and The Bruce and Willa Zwaschka Scholarship.
